12.5kg Dawn Chorus Berry Suet Pellets

Oh dear
the birds go mad for this but I found it very unstable. it crumbles too easily, does on hold shape and coated the bird table in a greasy quagmire.I would not recommend it.
very happy garden birds now
Good product, looks good quality, nice colour (pink) not crumbly, so easy to pour in feeder. I use a jug for ease & put feeder in a bag to catch any spillage. The birds love it. They can eat a feeder worth in about 3days! Lovely to watch the starlings etc eating these. Came in a plastic bag inside a compact cardboard box. Delivery was good & I'm pleased with price.Much cheaper than buying small bags. Am going to order more right now! Like to help our feathered friends out, especially in the winter. This will keep them fed, warm & healthy.
Good value
We used this company for the first time to buy our berry suet pellets. Price very good and service first class, will use again.

25 kg Dawn Chorus Original Flavour Wild Bird Seed Mix

Its feeding time
Birds not as keen as with other brands
There appears to be a lot of wasted food
There appears to a lot of "filler" in this product
Great seed
Good quality bird seed and not messy. All different types of birds will eat this and very quickly! This was great value when I purchased it and it will last a long time. Thanks very much.
Yummy
Plenty of birds in garden when we put this out. The sparrows seem to like it best, with doves and pigeons also taking their fair share.

25 kg Dawn Chorus Sunflower Hearts For Wild Birds (12.5 kg x 2)

The birds come in there droves!
We have 9 feeders of which 3 are filled with the Sunflower Hearts and they are filled every other day. The nice thing about this brand is there doesn't appear to be any waste in the bag its all seed.
Twoots Dawn Chorus Sunflower Hearts
I found too much wheat mixed in with this order which upsets my feeding system, this has not happened with previous orders, I expect sunflower hearts to be just that.
Good Quality Sunflower Hearts & Good Seller
The sunflower hearts were the cheapest price I could find, and were delivered within a few days, in a big sturdy box. They seem to be good quality, with no bulking up with other materials. The birds certainly approve! Goldfinches and tits in particular seem to love sunflower hearts. :)

25kg Dawn Chorus Peanuts

Birds (and squirrels!) love em!
I have a steady stream of feathered and furry customers where I live with big appetites so this 25kg bag is a godsend...great value and they disappear as quickly as I can put them out so they must be good!Delivery was within a couple of days which was brilliant, but it does help if you visit the gym 'cos if you need to move the bag,it's quite heavy..for a mere mortal like me anyway!Buying nuts this way saves me about 30 quid as compared to High Street prices..which means I can afford to keep feeding our wonderful wildlife.
Massive sack so be prepared
Not only is the sack large its heavy so make sure you have space to store it and someone to move it for you. As for the seeds the birds seem pretty happy so I guess that is a good thing.
Broken
Last order of these peanuts they were all whole. This time they are all broken. However, the nuts themselves look nicer than the other ones! Go figure.

12.5kg Dawn Chorus Mealworm Suet Pellets

REALLY GOOD VALUE - MY BIRDS LOVE THEM
I have been ordering this product repeatedly for about a year now. I was spending so much money on suet pellets that I had to find a supplier that could offer a good product at a good price and that is just what I have found with Twootz. These are the best priced pellets I have found and they are just as good quality as others I have bought elsewhere over the years. Most importantly my birds love them. They arrive in a big plastic bag inside a box but I would recommend transferring them to an airtight container.
Disappointed
This item arrived poorly packaged. Not enough parcel tape to prevent the top flaps of the cardboard box from popping open. Suet pellets had not escaped from their inner packing, however. Pellets much smaller and different colour to RSPCA pellets I had bought previously. Also, worryingly the birds are not eating the pellets. They have eaten the last of the RSPCA pellets and left these new ones.
Fairly good value
We were a little disappointed with this product as the pellets were smaller than other we have purchased elsewhere and the packaging was very poor. The boxes when received looked as if they had just been thrown into the delivery vehicle.
On the plus side the birds seem to be happy eating them.

Dawn Chorus 12.55Kg Fat Balls approx 150 balls (No Net)

Good value? .... not so sure but the Company reaction was excellent.
We normally get our suet fat balls from the RSPB. Slightly more expensive I know but it terms of overall diameter they are certainly bigger and heavier. I reckon that from them each ball weighs in at approx 90-95g's. These fat balls are very small. I would guess, and it is a guess, that these fat balls weigh about 75-80g's per ball. Take that together with the wastage factor, that is to say the number of crushed suet balls at the base of the very primitive cardboard delivery box that they are packaged in, and it works out certainly more expensive that perhaps another brand sold here on Amazon, or indeed from the RSPB, at around 17p per ball. For the price we paid it does not take a genius to work out that these smaller fat balls work out at exactly 16p per fat ball, incl p+p, and assuming that there are indeed 150 fat balls in the box, given that they all appear to be all thrown in there with a rather excessive amount of fat ball crumbs together with crushed balls in the bottom of the...
Fat balls
These were quite soft and crumbled . So a large quantity were just mush in the bottom of the box. Would not recommend them
Bird Feast
These are cheaper than fat balls bought locally from garden centres or pet shops and the birds certainly love them. They encourage into the garden every type of tit, reed buntings, greater spotted woodpecker, etc. Blackbirds have mastered the art of clinging on to the feeders and we even get a jay visiting us regularly to feed on the balls. Yes - some are messy eaters but what they drop is eaten by ground feeding birds.
Excellent service from 'twootz' too. We received our order a mere 27 hours of placing theorder via amazon.co.uk

Dawn Chorus Niger Seed For Wild Birds (12.5 kg)

Delivery address
I ordered this as I wanted to buy in bulk and gave my address as asked - a few days later I was contacted by the seller as they couldn't deliver to my address. When asked why they told me they had changed their courier and the new one didn't deliver here - I wouldn't have ordered from them if I had known this at the time of ordering. I had to arrange for the item to be sent to my daughters address as they could deliver there. Firtunately the goods are as described.
Where are the Goldfinches?
Product & service great. Still waiting for the finches to find it but patience is a virtue! Maybe they don't like the cold weather?
Happy goldfinches!
The Goldfinches love it. It arrived within two days of ordering and it was packaged well unlike a previous one I received which had burst!

Dawn Chorus Insect Fat Feast For Wild Birds (12 pack)

Brilliant price,This is my second purchase, just been to pets at home fat blocks retailing at

50 kg (25 kg x 2) Dawn Chorus Original Flavour Wild Bird Seed Mix

Good bulk feed for pigeons/rooks
The ratio is high in wheat but it is a good bulk feed. Initially I was disappointed at the ratio, but I've adapted and stock a better mix for the song birds and use this stuff for the greedier bellies.
Great product
This is really good value birdseed, enjoyed by all my garden visitors from seagulls to sparrows and even the fussier species.
Poor Quality
This batch of seed was poor quality compared to previous purchase. The seeds were small and somewhat powdery with very little mix.

12.5kg Dawn Chorus Insect Suet Pellets

Birds off song!!!!
Very disappointed, dried out and dusty. Possible wrong mix in manufacture?? Not enough suet to bind it together. Turning to dust.
Quickly turns to dust
These arrived quickly, and appeared well packaged. However, when I opened the box, the very thin plastic bag split and pellets went everywhere. Once swept up, and put into decent containers, I found that the pellets crumbled with use and left a large amount of pellet dust. Despite this, the birds seemed to like them.
They eat it, eventually
Cheaper than other pellets I have been buying but not as popular with the birds. Given the choice between these and some from Maltby's the birds pick out the Maltby's first and only after those are finished do they start to eat these. Given the cold weather they will eat them but they are certainly not cleared as fast as the others. Good price and since the carrier changed fast delivery but obviously my birds don't rate them as good as some other insect pellets. Perhaps they have just become too fussy but I think I will pay the extra to keep them happy
