It's great. My rabbit really loves the time we spend using it and it helps ge rid of that annoying hair for him and my house that little more fur free during his moulting time. Would recommend it totally.
Love it!
This product is great, I love it! It works perfectly, it really removes lots of hair, and my bunny didn't even seem to notice I was brushing him... His fur is much softer now and I only used it for like a minute or two.

I recommend it, although it might be a little pricy I think it's worth it!
Great for grooming long haired rabbit
Great device for grooming my long haired rabbit. I was struggling to keep her coat tangle free until I discovered this product. It very easily removes all the loose hair which makes her coat a lot more manageable.

Options Flora 500 Small Animal Cage

Great value, Great Cage
This cage is so much cheaper than some of its rivals. I bought it for my childs guinea pigs, but they haven't ventured up the ramp yet. I have altered the ramp slightly to encourage them to climb safely. The base on the top cage is not that sturdy, but strong enough for small bunnies or guinea pigs. I am very pleased with my purchase.
Too small for a rabbit
The minimum recommended size for a hutch/cage is 6' (180cm). In addition, a larger area is needed for daily execise. It is essential that your rabbit has the room to stretch in all directions. A rabbit cage/hutch that's too small can effect your rabbits health - causing spine problems, muscle wastage and obesity.

I have not found a cage big enough (only Ferplast Rabbit 160 Cage )so I recommend to buy the largest dog cage (or two) you can find! and make it 2 storey (its higher than rabbit cage) and let your bunny run around a lot...again if it can stay open 24/7 PERFECT :) Please research rabbits needs before you buy.

Rotastak Small Animal Housing Natro 200, Green

THIS IS AWESOME
it took two days to deliver and it said that it would come from 3-5 days so that was REALLY good.When I opened the box it was all neatly laid out and everything was packaged up properly and nothing was broken.It was really easy to set up and it came with a little hide out and a wooden bridge.The only thing that is annoying about this item is that when I tried to put the tubes together it was really hard and stiff.but after all that and once I put the bedding down Lilly (my hamster) loved it.She loves running on the wheel (that also came with the cage) I would give this a 10 out of 10.

Hi this is a good item for dwalfs the house play area the holes to get inside are to small for a syrian he can stand on it thats all, this clips to hold it on are rubbish as one came broken and we left it off so far no escaping so thats a ok i guess, its a good size and looks good my old hamster syrian loves the freedom not sure of the tubes yet. The assembling is okay found the tubes stiff to put together.

Its a nice cage can do with things being better but would recemmend if you are after a simple cage with room for them to move about and explore .

(Boredom Breaker) Options Deluxe Small Animal Play Pen

great pen
Well, i bought this pen for my degus because i wanted an easy to fold down pen for indoor use. The bars are too far apart to hold the degus inside, they can easily get through the bars but you would not have this trouble with a rabbit of gunea pig etc. I lined the wire frame with chicken wire to make it degu-proof, and i fixed a cardboard anti climb strip along its upper edge, again not needed unless you want to pen degus! If you were wondering why i bothered with these mods it is because you cannot seemingly buy a degu pen, but with these mods it works a dream! Easy to errect, easy to store, strong metal construction so my critters cannot chew it to bits plus fairly lightweight so easy to transport too. Perfect out-of-the-box for the rabbits and gunea pigs, and the best i could find for a degu/rat pen as long as you do the mods i have outlined. Great for the price - i recommend it to all!!

Rotastak Super Pod Animal Housing, S

Not very good
I thought it was a really silly design as the ends of the cage never fixed on properly. The corners of the ends were pushed open by my hamster as they are not clipped on or made secure in any way. My hamster went missing at least 3 times in 6 months because it has pushed the ends open. Now my hamster has gone for good because the cage was so easy to get out of. It needs improving a lot and I would never buy this particular cage ever again because I don't want to risk my hamster getting lost again. But on a positive note the wheel was a good idea.
Excellent
I have had lots of hamsters and all different cages this one has been the best in terms of overall use but not build quality.

It is plastic but you get what you pay for. Everything fit together fine and holds perfectly, you have to make sure everything is locked and the water bottle is slightly off centre so it stays locked but does not cause a problem.

Best thing is clearly, SO SIMPLE. Undo the clip one end and take off the triangle panel and the house/bowl etc. Tip straight into the bin and you are done. Superb. The wheel is very good as well amazingly it was completely silent. 3 months in and still holding up strong my hamster is very happy in it.
Flimsy
Seems a bit flimsy. Not sure if I'd feel like my hamsters would be secure. We bought it as a travel cage but wouldn't recommend as a main cage.

Super Pet Crittertrail X Cage
My hamster loves it, the petting area is a great idea, easy to get the hamster out. When i first got this, assembling it wasnt too bad. Hamster wasnt sure of the tunnels and slide at 1st, but soon got the hang of it. I couldnt believe how quiet the ball was when he was in it, that was till after a few days. He decided to move his food and bedding in there, then runs round in it. Well you can imagine what noise you get when its going round. Everyday i empty it back into his bedding area, which isnt too hard to do. Despite this I do recommend this cage, if u have that extra bit off time to keep it maintained, as it keeps your hamster very active, but not if its for a childs bedroom.
perfect for my robo's
I honestly cannot fault this cage FOR DWARF HAMSTERS! - defo not for syrians! I have two dwarf hamsters and they just love this cage - they have space to run around even with a house in there that I purchased too! If you do not purchase a house then they will probably house themselves in the petting zone which will not be practical because there is poor ventilation up there. I just keep my treats up there for them, and a wooden stick fo them to chew.

The wheel just needs to have olive oil put on it like the instructions say in order to stop the noise, once you have done that the noise will stop - and I keep my cage in my bedroom :)

and its fantastic so ordered the crittertrail Y for my granddaughters christening present they are
6 and 4yrs old so i didnt want to buy the obvious christening gifts
i did ask mum first and put it together yesterday
really easy to assemble
in fact i want one now for my hamster as the minded children i have love it

lots of space for the rabbit
I wanted a nice house for my rabbit to sit in when he's out in the yard. It was nice to see how much fun he has with it. It was a little of that it didn't have a floor...
looks good, fit for purpose.
Just big enough for my average - large size rabbit. Easy to put together with screwdriver - about 5 mins - though I have 2 screws left, I don't know what, are for! Not the hardest wood however as my rabbit has nibbled the overhang already, within a day of purchasing!

Rotastak Space Command Small Animal Housing

Exactly the Rotastak experience I remember from my Childhood
Depending on Rotastak for my small animals housing needs has always been a safe bet. I was worried about other reviewers' comments about things falling apart and needing to resort to sticky tape, but curious and confident that I had used all of these products in my early years, I was sure that for my children, I could get it together.

It is clear for me, that the bendy tubes in the picture are all of the others' problems due to being a little fiddly and requiring patience in routing design and alignment of the upper and lower housing units to get a good fit, if you try to force it - tada! the parts pop apart and clatter to the table top, mocking your efforts. Slow down, rotate each tube in relation to the next and like a wriggling snake, you can find the alignment that works.

Maybe Rotastak could expand the instructions to help out the less dextrous with some handy hints, but after all, it went together fine, it's secure and the hampy loves it. Good work!
Great gerbil home
I purchased this to replace a gerbilarium which shot sawdust everywhere.

Although a little tricky at first to assemble the rotastak looks great and the 3 gerbils love it. They spend most of their time in the wheel. It gets easier to put together once you have cleaned it and know where the bits go.

Overall a really good product.

is a huge plus i do have a few problems with it:
*this review is for my syrian hamster*
1)the wheel is a bit small and there is no alternative wheel on the market
2)the tubes going to the top tier are in 2 parts and can split
3)instructions are not very accurate

other than that this is the best cage for the price

Rotastak Pink Palace Small Animal Housing

Lovely but ....
Our new Syrian loves his cage - he took a little while to get the hang of the tubes etc but within 3 hours he had accessed everything and done a test drive on the wheel. The only problem is that he LOVES the tube, it is where he stores his food, moves all the bedding down,uses it as a toilet and sleeps in it - it is a pain to clean, but he is very visible. His sleeping in the tube is very funny, as he gradually slips down, a milimetre at a time, and then rushes back up.

We are persuading him to sleep in the bed room, and appears to be getting the hang of it!
Best cage ever
Ignore all the people that can't be bothered to put a cage together. Yes it's "a bit fiddly" to put the tubes together, but once they're together, you never have to take them apart ever again, so get over it! Coming from someone who has owned and bred hamsters for 15 years and still has 2 of them and recently purchased this cage (the pink version of the other Rotastak cage) I can tell you bar none that this is the best cage ever. It iIS big enough for a syrian, and the best part is you can save up for a few months and then buy more parts for it, assemble it how you like, get outer wheel attachments etc. You can build it differently, it's like the hamster gets a new cage every time you clear it out if you want. If the little buggers wee in the tubes, it doesn't take 5 mins to spray hamster-friendly disinfectant on them and rinse with the shower hose, leave to dry while they're rampaging in their ball.
Could not recommend it more, much more fun than a boring bar cage. If they're...

Wooden Rabbit Hutch Animal Cage XXL New enhanced model n°2

Bunny Palace!
We bought this hutch for our rabbit after his other one got broken. The hutch took about 30 mins to put together and could be done by one person. The materials are good quality and it comes with good instructions. All you will need is a cross head screwdriver. It now looks like a little alpine lodge in our back garden!

Rotastak Small Animal Housing Maxi Tunnel of Fun

A mansion for a Dwarf Hamster!
My Daughter recently got a baby Dwarf Hamster and wanted to get him a Rotastak cage as the more traditional cage with bars is unsuitable as they can squeeze themselves out for between them. She decided on this model and it is just great for little Mikki. As he is so tiny (he's smaller than my thumb! so cute!) the cage is made up on the same level as he cant climb up the tubes but we put the tunnel the same but just on the level and now he can zoom (and he does!) between the 2 units, we will eventually get a ladder to reach the little bedroom above the round unit. The larger unit is perfect to put a deep layer of shaving in so he can tunnel under it. the only thing I don't like about the Rotastak range are the water bottles as they all seem to leak and little Mikki seems to have trouble drinking from it as does our Syrian Hamster who has his own Rotastak Rotastak Mission Pod

Best Cage EVER
I have owned at least 1 hamster at a time for the past 14 years, so have been through many, many cages. I can tell you that this cage is by far THE best (or any fromt he Rotastak range). A bit annoying to put tubes together the first time but you never have to do it again after it's set up, so it's not a problem. It's easy to clean out, to wash, you can add parts to it, buy more, and fab size home for a hammie. Tubes are insinctive for the hammies as they burrow in the wild, so they love it. They have pink cages and wheels to add on, the loft extension you can buy is awesome too! =)
Great home for single gerbil
We got our first gerbil just after xmas (a rescue one that had been on her own for a while in the shop) and this has proved very good for her so far.

Pros: with enough sawdust she loves burying everything!; has enough space for one (would not recommend for 2 unless buying additonal pods & tubes), she can navigate easily in the tubes, she has been digging on the plastic but shows no immediate signs of wear so will last a while I suspect; easy to lift in tact and we are using it to get her out into the bath for a run around while we clean it out;
Cons: the instructions are not full proof so took some time to construct (no more than 45 mins though); did not come with enough gnaw-proof rings for the tubes so have to purchase 2 more; the plastic food bowl is redundant; still trying to find something to put in the smallest pod to enourage her to explore this bit more; water bottle could be better placed as she is constantly burying it (despite us moving the food bowl to the...
