Ferplast Combi 1 Hamster Cage


It's more than expected
I haven't bought this off amazon but still I have got one and this must be the best cage ever hears my thoughts .......
It's ideal for small creatures and extremely cheep and its great for exercising in . It's a cute unique cage with great things for your pet mouse ,, hamster to discover .. My pet mouse coco loves this and seems very exited over this its is easy to assemble, hope this has come in handy . 5/5 very pleased
The best cage for dwarf hamsters
We have a lot of dwarf hamsters in this house (8 at the last count). They were all bought as pairs which regardless of sex, fought like mad and needed separating. Forget the fancy elaborate ones with tubes everywhere, this style is easy to assemble, perfectly sizes and easy to clean. I have gradually converted all the cages to this style
A good cage spoiled by daft water bottle design
I have mixed views of this cage.

I bought one for a pair of Roborovski hamsters and it isn't really big enough so ended up buying another expand the size. The cages themselves are well made, the tubes lock in tightly and there is little chance of escape. The wheel is quiet if oiled and is the perfect size for dwarf hamsters.

The two cages I bought were very slightly different, one having a unusual style of water bottle with a small bit of metal poking out instead of a ball drip, and one having a conventional ball drip style bottle (as pictured here).

Both bottle types had issues that I struggle to understand. Eventually the hamsters started fighting so were separated, each having a cage to themselves. First the unusual style would occasionally seize and not deliver water, only noticed on a weekend when the hamster was making noise on the water bottle for about 15 minutes, upon checking I realised no water was coming out - quickly remedied but the...
