Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Urinary Feline 6 Kg

cats with stone problems
royal canin uniary high dilution is recomended by me if your cat has frequent bouts of being blocked by crystyls or stones which as you must know is very expensive to be treated at the vets for this problem if you keep soley to this product for your cat it greatly reduces the need for vetenary treatment reguards Gay Eveleigh.
Good product - CHECK PRICE!
My male cat hates wet food so this is perfect for him as he is overweight and has had crystals in his urine which he nearly died from. All our cats love it and it is a better price than vet. However the price listed after the advert (

Purina Veterinary Diet Feline - HA (HypoAllergenic) Formula 1.3kg Dry Food

Did my cat like or even try Purina HA?
This product was recommended by my vet for one of my cats which suffers with pancreatitis. I am afraid that neither of my cats would touch the food despite my leaving it out for them and replacing it with fresh. It was a total waste of money and was very expensive.

Purina and their competitors should conduct more research before marketing this type of product for hyper-sensitive animals. Cats are notoriously difficult to feed under normal circumstances and even more so when they should be on a specific diet to accommodate their health needs. Something is going awry in the recipe if the cat won't even sample it!
All 10 cats love it
Our wonderful vet recommended this for one of our delicate cats. The trouble is that most of the other 9 cats love it too. It is so good for their digestive system, especially for those with problems. Impressed, as ever, by the ordering, speed of delivery, cost of acquiring it through Amazon.

Hill's Feline Light Adult Chicken Dry Mix 10 kg

cat loves food
but the bag is huge
product is cheaper due to bulk buy but at 10kg, it really is a handful
difficult to hide away and lift out for a quick bowl refill
we ended up keeping a small bag near bowl and only going near this once a week
CAT LOVE THIS
I have bought this for my cat for sometime and he loves it. His coat his so glossy and he looks really healthly.
Expected quality at a very good price
Excellent, fast delivery. Would definitely use this seller again. I know the product, so nothing particular to write about it. For those who have never used Science Diet - cats love it and look healthy and sleek. However, one of mine just loves it so much that she doesn't seem to lose weight, but that's another story.

Hill's Feline Kitten Chicken Dry Mix 10 kg

Bad quality food, not reccomended
When I was going to get two Bengal kittens, I told the breeder I was going to feed them on Science Plan because they where selling it at the vets, assuming it was good. She informed me immediately that this is not a good product, because it contains a lot of bad quality food. Basically food they use in these to fill up the bag. It's not about whether your cat likes the food or not, it's more about that what you give it is what it's going to eat, it's not like it has much choice. Either way, after searching it up online so many breeders say to never buy science plan. And I recommend anybody who is considering this product to search it up. You will be disappointed because it's not a good brand.
Just to counter the review below (or above)
Just to counter the review below (or above). Just to say my cat loves this and won't touch anything else. I guess its always going to be a preference thing with cats.
Perfect for 2 active brothers
When our 2 kittens recently had to be hospitalised due to diarrhea, they naturally became very particular about their food. Hill's dry mix was the only food that didn't upset their tummies further, and they never pulled their noses up at it (unlike everything else)

Purina Veterinary Diets Feline NF Renal Function Cat Food 1.5kg

Now overpriced
Whilst the product itself is acceptable to my cat (Cannot say he likes it because he much prefers the "regular" food that the others get to eat), it currently seems to be very overpriced at Amazon these days. I have found it using a simple google search for 60% of the Amazon price elsewhere. Shop around instead of just re-ordering.
Tasty
This is a brilliant product. My cat is very fussy but still likes it. I do have to mix it with her usual dry food as any new food may upset a cat's stomach. I just use less of the old food and she eats it all. It must be tasty, otherwise my cat would definitely reject it.

Hills Cat Food Feline Adult Lamb 400g

A secondhand review
I'll be honest and admit I haven't tucked into this delightful gourmet feast myself, but our ridiculously fussy cat loves it. Always clears his bowl and runs to it when he hears it being tipped out. Our cat hates fish so it's not as though he'll eat anything. Tried, tested and trusted for years.
Our cat is a happy bunny... er, cat
We've used Hills for years and our cat loves it... despite the fact I think it smells vile. As soon as it is in his dish he scoffs the lot. Furballs at a minimum and a reliable brand when there is so much rubbish about.
We have a contrary cat...
who hates fish. Hard to believe, but true. We have trusted Hills for years and we decided to try him on this despite his longstanding fussiness. In short, he ate it but he wasn't keen and it would often sit in his bowl for hours, unlike the lamb and chicken varieties.

Hills Prescription Diet K/D Feline Cat Food 5kg

Hills K/D dry cat food
My cat with renal problems only likes certain food and not always dried food but I have found this is accepted willingly by her which does make finding food she will eat much less of a problem. So I have ordered more for her and at a great price, renal food being somewhat expensive!!
No longer cheap
Although this KD cat food comes really quick and never had a problem with delivery, the reason I brought it from here was because of the price. The price has now increased and I can get it cheaper from other websites.
good value
arrived quickly and good value although not the cheapest at the time. Cats like it and will get some more when finished

Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Renal Wet Feline 48 x 100g beef sachet

Great product
My cat had been diagnosed with the start of kidney problems. I was advised to put him on a special diet. Having tried all the other major brands of renal food (which he hated), I discovered Royal Canin Renal food. He LOVES it. Phew! What a relief! The last time he went to the vet for his blood test, we were told that he was absolutely fine and doing well for his age (he's 17 years old). Although he is now on medication, I put this fab result down to his diet with Royal Canin Renal food. If your cat finds itself in a similar situation, why not try him/her on this brand?
Cheaper than buying it from the vet!!
Our vet told us you could only get this food through a veterinary surgery. LIES! Buy it from Amazon and save yourself a few quid.
good value.
My aged cat already has the dry version which she enjoys. Adding the wet version simply gives her more variety.
My vet recommends this diet from now on so the competitive price is quite important.

Hills Feline T/D Prescription Diet 5 Kg

Cat loves it...
I've been feeding this to my cat for the last 9 years or so as he had problems with plaque build up and had undergone 4 separate operations to remove some teeth. He absolutely loves this - though you may need to mix it with other dried food as I found he put on a bit of weight when just fed on the Feline T/D. He is a fussy eater, but I've encountered no problems with this food - in fact, he eats the T/D food before anything else you put down for him. It can be pricey, but this is the best value I've seen - I stopped buying from the vets as it was so expensive and was using other online retail stores to purchase but will use this one in the future. I've found that a 5kg, mixed with other dried food, lasts approx 4 months so it's certainly value for money - and if the cat is happy, then so am I.
Saving on Dental Bills!!
Having had to visit the vet with one of our two cats, we were told that because of plaque build up on his teeth he (and obviously his brother) might need an operation to remove it....

Hill's Feline Mature Adult Senior 7 + Chicken Dry Mix 10 kg

CATS AND VET VERY HAPPY
I have three eleven year old cats and this is perfect for them. The Vet recommended it, as it is exactly what they need and the cats love it, so everyone is happy. This 10 kg bag is very convenient as it lasts for a long time and I don't have to go to the store every few days. The bag has a very practical handle and it closes with a secure zip, so the food remains fresh. The only disadvantage is that it takes too much space, but that was to be expected, so I cannot complain.
Puss cat loves it
If she could speak she would give it 5 stars. My fussy hard to please feline woofs this down. Every bit gets eaten. No waste.

I like it because the vet recommended it as shes 8 years old now and this provides averything the more mature cat needs. (whatever that is,... Have to trust my vet on that one!)
My cat likes it a lot
My cat likes it! :)

Not a lot more I can say really since I havent tasted it myself ;)

..but her ladyship looks forward to her bowlful and she always eats it all. She's VERY fussy and if she doesnt like something has been known to turn up her nose and go on 7 day hunger strike until she gets what she wants (purr-lease!)

My vet reccommended Science Plan as the best cat food. I do like it and won't use anything else since my vet told me that canned or sachet cat food from supermarkets is like McDonalds for cats.... Ewwwww!

Although it might seem expensive - it lasts for ages and I found it actually works out cheaper in the long run than the sachets of a leading brand wet food I used to buy from the supermarket - as long as you go for the large size, which tends to work out cheaper. An added bonus is that there is no waste.

Vets recommend this to keep cats healthy, so I wouldn't give my darling puss cat anything else...

Purina Veterinary Diets Feline HA Hypoallergenic Cat Food 3.5kg

FELINE DIET FOOD
I used to have to order this from my vet and then have to try to get to the practice one evening before it shut so having it delivered straight to home is a huge plus.

The cat with the allergies really likes it - and so do the two without!

Hill's Feline Adult Chicken Dry Mix 10 kg

The ideal catfood
Hills science diet has been the ideal catfood for all our cats. They always like it (regardless of flavour), there is no waste, and unlike cheap dry catfoods, this does not swell up when wet and has all the nutrients that have kept our cats healthy for many years. The added bonus of the 15Kg bag is a considerable price saving over buying it at the vet or pet shop.
great service
Ordered on 6th and delivered on 8th. Was not expected until 10th.
I buy Hill's because my cats always eat it. Other biscuits they hardly ever touch and if given a choice they eat the Hill's stuff first. Not the cheapest product but as it is eaten and never wasted I always recommend it. If your cat is fussy buy this.

Hill's Science Plan optimal.
love it ...well the cats do!
Used to get this from Pets at Home but they stopped doing this size no i get this on subscription for less than it paid at PAH and it is delivered to the door - i like the fact i can alter frequency of order to suit my (cats!) needs.

Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Dental Feline 3kg

The cats love it
I haven't tried it myself but the large round pellets mean the cats have to use their teeth and they seem to love the taste
Good product
This is a very good product for keeping my cats; teeth clean and they love it. No problems with delivery, always arrives on time.
Very chunky!
My cats are suffering with bad teeth despite giving them a good diet of mostly dry food (James Well Beloved). After the last visit the vet recommended this food so I bought a big sack of it. Trouble is the cats don't really eat it. It could be the taste, but I think it's probably down to the size of the pieces. No wonder they're good for their teeth, they have a real mission crunching them up and half the time they eat one or two and then walk away. They seem to work better as a treat - giving the cats one or two at a time - but it doesn't seem to work as a "complete meal" when put in their dish.

I've come back to give this another star because since using these as treats rather than "food", the cats seem to enjoy eating them. I still think they're a bit too chunky for them to eat many at a time, but I appreciate that the size is partly why they are good for their teeth.

Royal Canin Feline Veterinary Diet Sensitivity Control 3.5 Kg (Duck)

Royal Canin Sensitivity Dry Food
This is an excellent dry food which I use for cats with fragile digestive systems, particularly the older ones, as the dried food is good for their teeth but it is also gentle on their stomachs.
Purrrrrfect.
Like most cat owners, I think my cat is purrrfect in every way, well, apart from his tummy problem, something which he has had now for around a year and a half.

Up until now, myself and my partner have had to deal with, well things you don't want to deal with. I suggest if you are about to tuck into a nice roast dinner, with gravy all over it, you stop reading this, as the dark brown liquid consistency of gravy is well, quite relevant to what his problem was like.

When we picked him up from the animal shelter, they said at first he might be a little sloppier then normal. Quite common we were told due to the stress of being moved to a new home. So with pinching of noses, plenty of anti bacterial wipes and nappy sacks we did our duty.

Weeks passed, and no major improvement...

So we did all the normal things, we tried different foods, wet cat food, dry biscuits, different brands of biscuit, denying him of any form of cat treat, or the...
Superfood for cats
We have had so many problems with our cats, one has IBS and the other is allregic to chicken and beef!

The Royal Canin Sensitivity food has solved all of our problems (and the cats too)!

Hill's Feline Oral Care Chicken Dry Mix 5 kg

My Cat's Addiction
All I can tell you is that my cat eats it throughout the day and it is a fine supplement to her pouch food
grrrreat for teeth
I started feeding this to my cats after vets advice about keeping teeth clean (something to do with the shape of the kibble) and their teeth all look very healthy and have had no problems since. The vet also advised it is quite fattening so don't use it as a daily replacement especially as one of them is already a tubby little thing. I don't know what they put in the stuff but all the cats seem to love it and it will go before anything else so I use it as a treat every couple of days.

It is not available in supermarkets or my local pet shops so buying from Amazon is very convienient for me. Fits in a rucksack so I get it delivered to work.
Dental biscuits.
We used to feed our cats on a product that the vet prescribed. Those biscuits were expensive & crumbled leaving quite a bit of waste which ended up on the bird table. After trolling the internet I found these dental biscuits. It is hard to fault them, better value & all the biscuit get's eaten.

Royal Canin Urinary Moderate Calorie Feline Veterinary Diet 6 Kg

Cat food which is cheaper than the vet's
My Cat gets Royal Canin Uninary Moderate Calorie dried food prescribed by the vet, as he has bladder cancer and is obese.

I was very pleased to find a huge-sized bag on Amazon for what I normally pay for the smaller size.

Plus it was delivered right to my door. Brilliant!
best urinary cat food
It's great if your cat has urinary tract issues and, when bought in the vet is a lot more expensive.
Happy Kitty
Having a cat that requires this type of food for the rest of her life I wanted to be able to ensure a good supply of the food at a Reasonable cost.

The bag is a bit big but given the weight you should expect this. No doubt i'll be purchasing another bag soon.
