Good Value but my rats pick and choose the good bits
For the price, this is a good everyday feed for rats but I always supplement with fresh fruit and veg and various other sources to ensure my rats get everything they need. My rats do like most of what is contained within.
My only issue is that my rats are smart enough to know what the good bits are, and they leave much of the grain that seems to account for a reasonable amount in each bag. I am forced to throw this away. They have included blocks where they have mixed various things together into one so rats cannot pick and choose, but I wonder why they have not done this with the entire ingredients.
For the price, its good value and the quality is sufficient but as stated previously, its a good idea to supplement with fresh healthy food daily. Due to the wastage, I have deducted one star, but otherwise, my rats seem to like it, and thus a good purchase. Thank you Amazon.
