Good but could do with stronger ties.
The bag is well-constructed, and I like the idea of having a short lead to stop the dog from jumping out. But the tiny cable-ties to secure the bottom piece to the bike rack are just not up to the job. I was walking the bike through a gateway with a post in the middle, and the bag, being wider than the bike, caught on the post, and all the ties on that side broke, it wasn't a heavy knock either! Luckily the dog wasn't in the bag at the time. I now use a thin bungee cord and secure it with cord stays, this is more secure, it stays in place, and the bottom piece can now be taken off if the bag isn't in use. (Whereas with the cable ties, you'd have to cut them off if you wanted to take the whole thing off). There was no problem with the actual bag being secure once the bottom bit was on ok. All in all, it's a worthwhile purchase, and I'd recommend it, as long as you have a different method of securing it to the bike.
Rear biker bag for pets
Brlliant, I have a basket on the front with 2 yorkies in, and this one on the back with my large breed yorkie in. Great fun.
Very good quality bag, exactly what I needed
I was looking for a rear bag for my bike and this one is just perfect, it can work as a carrier and as a bag, it is well built and strong. The price is very good as well for the quality of Trixie.
