It makes bread too
First, I bought the heating pad not for warming lizards, but for keeping dough warm whilst it rises. It works well for this application, I stuck it to the bottom of a glass terrarium and place my container of dough inside. Covering the whole lot with a tea towel helps keep the wrm air in, as otherwise the heating would be solely by contact underneath. If my yeast is happy, I guess your lizard will be too. If not, you can at least take up breadmaking.
