Calmed down hyper Newfie pup
I have been using JW foods for years now, but when I got my first large breed pup (Newfie X) I decided to use purina robust large breed as I thought it had more in it to help him grow. That was great, but a bit rich for him, and when he got to around 7 months old he became hyper and a little uncontrollable (not good when he sooo big!) So I changed him over to JW large breed junior, and within 2 weeks I had my lovely well behaved puppy back. The purina had more protien than he needed at this stage, so he got high off it instead. The JW has controlled protein so sorts this problem out. Also his tummy settled down again and his coat is lovely. Next time I wont bother trying new things, I will just stick with what I know is good! Highly reccomend for any dog, regardless of size.
Excellent product
High quality food that keeps my year old labrador satisfied and in tip top condition. I am always being complemented on the shine of his black coat. Also the 'output' from him is much reduced in smell and volume! On subscribe and save it represents superb value too.

Hard to review this item but suffice to say the bowl is always empty so I guess its a 4 star at least.
It doesnt get a 5 as he seems to like hot dog and bits of cheese more
