Does what it says on the tin!
This is great, I had tried to clean my gravel with one of those siphon cleaners but unless you've got about 3 hands and good arm muscles they are too hard. this is great though, just turn it on and away you go. It's not massively powerful, but I liked that cos I didn't want to suck up any of my Fry. Does a lovely job.
Not much use
If your expecting this to save you time in cleaning your tank think again. Not very powerful at all wasn't sucking up food or even bits of poo. Straight in the bin waste of money.
Its works ok now, but I've had to modify it a bit...
It works ok, but needed a few simple modifications.The adjustable tube has been taped to stop it moving,the bag does tend to pop off because it pressurises when it gets a bit clogged, a little hole drilled in the top solves this(maybe a bit of string tied round the top of the bag for belt and braces). If you find its not sucking very well (or at all),take the large end off the bottom, it works fine then.
Just a few niggles if (simply) solved by the manufacturers would make this a really good product rather than average.
