they told me it was on its way when it wasnt and if you need it in less than a week then i wouldnt use them again i was really worried about my tortoise i would of sent back but i needed it and id payed for it but i did occur a charge from my bank cause they waited ages to take the money out of my bank so i will never be using them again and i would tell others not to aswell
