Rabbits hutch
I am slightly pleased about the hutch but could say has no bottom for the run not good for someone that has no garden only a balcony

Hutches according to the RSPCA and Rabbit Welfare Assocation & Fund should be 6' x 2' x 2', which allows rabbits some room to move, stand on their hind legs and enough space for the food, toilet and sleeping areas to be kept apart. This is the minimum size the hutch should be. Any smaller and the rabbit will suffer, not develop properly and not gain the exercise needed.
This hutch should have a run attached, the run underneath this hutch is NOT a proper run it is not appropriate. The RSPCA and Rabbit Welfare Assocation & Fund also state the 6' x 2' x 2' Hutch should have a rabbit run of at least 8' x 4'.
This Hutch would be under the appropriate and humane requirement with a run of 8' x 4' attached to it, but would be acceptable. However alone it is NOT acceptable for a rabbit.
This hutch falls severely short of the minimum requirement at 3' x 1.5'

Guinea pig house
I have given it only 3stars due to being smaller than I thought . Wood is thin . Roof hinges cannot be screwed to wood due to split . Up side it arrived very quickly about a week before the delivery date given . Don't think I would recommend it to friends
