Good quality clippers good value suitable for novice or experiance groomer will buy again. Does not get hot while clipping unlike some of the more expensive ones. Joy

I was fairly concerned about buying these as there are so many rubbish ones and lots of much more costly ones. After the first usage I'm impressed. They shaved my dog like shearing a sheep. He liked it, I liked it! I would recommend these to anyone. Hopefully they will continue to be well worth the money

Product works as described and for the home groomer it is more than capable, if your skills are there as a home groomer, of getting very professional looking results.

The guides and the additional blade included are sufficient to get your pooch clipped and as an 'aid to speed' I purchased two additional blades being the 3F and the 7F as that was the advice I was given on a dog grooming discussion forum.

WARNING: Company is a nightmare to deal with. They do not answer emails and they positively do not return your calls.

As said I had to get my product description answers from off the internet using dog grooming forums.

I can see warranty returns etc., being a major issue because getting any form of help BEFORE you make the purchase was impossible so trying to return a faulty unit is going to be impossible.

Amazon needs to be looking at how this company fails to meet its strict criteria on customer support pre and after sales.
