replacement heater
This was a replacement for the original heater. Lasted about 18 months. The replacement is working fine and brought the temperature of the water back-up to the correct operating level.
rip off
bought 2 of these heaters in 18 months both failed.
Contacted biorb who will replace like for like but will not replace fish that were boiled.
The best offer biorb gave me was to contact the manufacturer to complain. What part of you sell you guarantee don't biorb get.
P.S. Don't buy the biorb digital thermometer as they only last about 3 months.

This is a good quality product, and at a great price if you compare with high street pet retailers and aquariums!
